Tung N. Giep, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Giep is the president and founder of NICS. He received his medical degree and completed his residency at The Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. His fellowship was completed at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Giep is board certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine. He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Joel Bonaparte, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Bonaparte received his medical degree and completed his residency at the School of Medical Sciences, University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana. His fellowship was completed at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Bonaparte is board certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine.
Amarnath Chamkur, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Chamkur received his medical degree from Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College in India. He completed his residency at Nassau University Medical Center is East Meadow, New York and his fellowship at Lutheran General Children’s Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois. Dr. Chamkur is board certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine.
Christina Chamberlain, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Chamberlain received her medical degree and completed her pediatric residency at Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. She completed neonatology fellowships at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. Dr. Chamberlain is board certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine.
Mayra Freeman-Ladd, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Freeman-Ladd received her medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile, Alabama. She completed her residency at the University of Florida Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida, followed with a fellowship in neonatology at the University of South Florida. Dr. Freeman-Ladd is board certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine.
Susan E. Keeney, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Keeney received her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas, where she also completed her residency in pediatrics. She has also served as an associate professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UTMB.
Gloria Moody, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Moody received her medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. She completed her residency at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. and her fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Moody is board certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine.
Oluyemisi Oyafemi, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Oyafemi received her medical degree from the University of Jos in Nigeria. She completed her residency at Lincoln Medical & Mental Health Center in Bronx, New York, followed with a fellowship in neonatal-perinatal medicine at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. Oyafemi is board certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine.

Dr. Roseberry received her medical degree and completed her residency at University of Texas Medical Branch – Galveston (UTMB). She also completed her fellowship in neonatal/perinatal medicine at UTMB. Dr. Roseberry is board certified in pediatrics and neonatal/perinatal medicine.
